Analysis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons including Naphthalene (Naph.), acenaphthene (Ace.), flourene (Fl.), phenanthrene (Phen.), anthracene (Ant.), anthracene-d10 (Ant.d10), pyrene (Pyr.), benzo[a]anthracene (B[a]A), chrysene (Chy.), benzo[b]fluoranthene (B[b] F), benzo[k]fluoranthene (B[k]F), benzo[a] pyrene (B[a]P), dibenz[a,h]anthracene (D[ah] A) and benzo[ghi]perylene (B[ghi]P) in foods using HPLC, LC/MS and GC/MS.
